As the earth's joy grew dim and eternity smiled down on our blessed "GIGI," she took the hand of GOD and walked through the gates to Heaven. She was at home surrounded by devoted and cherished friends and in the arms of her daughter, Sharon Titcomb, son-in-law, Chuck Titcomb, and grandson, Todd Titcomb.

Grandma GiGi so delighted the world with her impish wit, twinkling eyes and grand sense of humor; a most remarkable woman who was always able to relate to any age group and capture them with her laughter, and delight in all that surrounded her. Forever smiling, always joyous and never complaining, she leaves a legacy of courage, faith, forgiveness and love to all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Titcomb (husband Chuck); son, Dr. Robert Sughrue (Tyler, Texas); grandsons, Todd Titcomb (Thousand Oaks), Jeffery Sughrue (Dallas, Texas), Jason Sughrue, Joshua Las Sughrue; granddaughters, Kelly Shaw and Lelia Las Sughrue (Houston, Texas); great-grandchildren, Kailani and MaKenzie Titcomb, Brianna Waldrop, Isabella and Truman Sughrue, Jackson and Caden Shaw, Halle and Pierce Sughrue, and her beloved dog, "Suggie." Grandma GiGi's life was filled with the love of her extended family to include her beloved Gina Rothaupt, Georgina Lopez, Stannye Harris, Todd, Kathy and Bob Disney, Jose Cabrera, Lina Padilla, the Cottages of the Oaks staff, and her dear niece, Jan Murphy, nephew, Johnny Lundquest (wife Alberta), and a multitude of nieces and nephews whom she loved.

Rest in God's arms, Mom, dance and sing with the angels and we will catch up with you later.

Funeral services in California will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 17, at Griffin Family Funeral Chapel, 101 Wilbur Rd., Thousand Oaks. A viewing will be held at 4 p.m. Celebration of her life will begin at 6:30 at the White Elephant Restaurant, 668 Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks. Dinner will be served. Funeral services in Texas will be held at the Ingelside Methodist Church, Ingelside, Texas, at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 24. Interment will be at the Praire View Cemetery, with a celebration of her life to follow.
